Can I have a look before I buy?
You are more than welcome to visit us to have a look at your laptop before you buy. You can find us at our offices in Cardiff, or at student fayres all over the country. Take a look at our 'fayres' page to see when we are coming to a university near you. Our offices are open 9-5 Monday to Friday, give us a call on 0800 6 7351 if you need directions.

How will I get my laptop?
If you order your laptop before 2pm, we'll aim to get it to you the next day though occasionally it might take up to 3 working days. We send all of our laptops out with Business Post (a branch of Federal Express) on a next day delivery service and you can call us for a consignment number so you can even track it online!

What software is installed on the machines?
Laptops under £100 have Windows 95 installed, all other laptops have either Windows 98 or Windows XP, please ask if you need help deciding which is more suitable for you. Laptops less than £100 have Word and Excel installed, all laptops over £100 have the full version of Office 97 installed including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access and Outlook. We supply a Windows 98 license with all reconditioned machines or a Windows XP license with all new machines. If you want to upgrade the Windows 98 on your machine to Windows XP, we can provide the software at a very competitive price, please call for the latest prices as they change regularly!
